हिंदुस्‍तान से क्‍यों जाना पड़ा हरिनारायण सिंह को?

प्रभात खबर पर हमारी सीरीज़ से नाराज़ झारखंड के मीडियाकर्मियों को एक बात बराबर सालती रही कि हमारा निशाना सिर्फ एक अख़बार ही क्‍यों है? उनकी चिंता, उनकी उत्‍सुकता स्‍वाभाविक है – क्‍योंकि जब हमाम में सभी नंगे हैं, तो हमें सिर्फ एक ही क्‍यों नज़र आ रहा है? दरअसल पवित्रता का नारा लगाने वालों में सबसे आगे इस अख़बार के सच को समझना ज़रूरी था कि ये अख़बार भी बाज़ार में है – उसे खड़े रहना है – प्रतिस्‍पर्धा में बने रहना है – आगे बढ़ते रहना है – और बाज़ार के तमाम हथकंडों से वह अख़बार इसलिए लैस है। वरना अलग से कोई बात नहीं है कि अख़बार के पीछे पड़ा जाए। वैसे अभी हमने एक दलाली करने वाली मीडिया वेबसाइट पर प्रभात खबर के प्रधान संपादक की दलीलें देखीं, जिनमें कोई दम नहीं है। हम यही तो कह रहे हैं कि उस अख़बार के निशाने पर मधु कोड़ा ही क्‍यों? अर्जुन मुंडा या बाबूलाल मरांडी का भ्रष्‍टाचार क्‍यों अनरिपोर्टेड है? हरिवंश जी को इस पर लिखना चाहिए।

अभी हम बात करते हैं प्रभात खबर के पूर्व स्‍थानीय संपादक और दैनिक हिंदुस्‍तान के हालिया पूर्व हुए स्‍थानीय संपादक हरिनारायण सिंह की। हरि भाई को हिंदुस्‍तान से क्‍यों जाना पड़ा, इसकी कहानी अभी खुल कर सामने नहीं आ पायी है। हमने कई बार बताया कि हम हरि भाई की कहानी बताएंगे और वक्‍त का टोटा हो गया, लेकिन अब ज़रूरी हो गया है। हर‍ि भाई ने हिंदुस्‍तान से इसलिए इस्‍तीफा नहीं दिया क्‍योंकि वे चंडीगढ़ नहीं जाना चाहते थे। दरअसल येनकेनप्रकारेण और प्रकारांतर से उन पर इस्‍तीफे का दबाव था। उनके इस्‍तीफे का मामला एक सीबीआई जांच से जुड़ा है।

31 अगस्‍त 2009 को झारखंड के पूर्व स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य सचिव और राज्‍य एड्स नियंत्रण समिति के परियोजना निदेशक डॉ प्रदीप कुमार और उनके सहयोगियों के यहां कुल 16 जगहों पर सीबीआई के छापे पड़ते हैं। करोड़ों की नगदी बरामद होती है, करोड़ों के लेनदेन का पता चलता है, करोड़ों की चल-अचल जायदाद के काग़ज़ बरामद होते हैं। इसी छापे के बाद पता चलता है कि प्रदीप कुमार के खाते से झारखंड के एक पत्रकार के बेटे के खाते में 36 लाख रुपये ट्रांसफर हुए हैं। खाते से पैसे की निकासी भी हो जाती है। सीबीआई के अधिकारी खाताधारी तक पहुंचते हैं और फिर उनके पत्रकार पिता तक। दरअसल ये पत्रकार पिता कोई और नहीं, हरिनारायण सिंह ही थे। सीबीआई को उन्‍होंने बताया कि ये पैसे डाकुमेंटरी फिल्‍म बनाने के लिए लिये गये हैं – लेकिन वे इस किस्‍म का कोई प्रोपोज़ल पेश नहीं कर पाते। बहरहाल, सीबीआई को जो जानना था, उसने जान लिया लेकिन दुनिया यह नहीं जान पायी कि वे पत्रकार कौन हैं। नाम को प्रभात खबर जैसे अख़बार ने भी छुपा लिया – जो हर कीमत पर सच बताने और आंदोलन की लौ जलाये रखने का दावा करता है। कहा जाता है कि हरिनारायण सिंह ने ये पैसे प्रदीप कुमार के घपलों-घोटालों पर पर्दा डालने के लिए बतौर घूस लिये।

यह झारखंड की पत्रकारिता का असली चेहरा है। बहरहाल, जब हिंदुस्‍तान प्रबंधन को इस बात का पता चला तो हरिनारायण सिंह को तत्‍काल इस्‍तीफा देने के लिए कहा गया, लेकिन हिंदुस्‍तान समूह में बिहार-झारखंड के इंचार्ज प्रबंधक वाईसी अग्रवाल के कहने पर मामला मैनेज किया गया। फिर उन्‍हें तत्‍काल आदेश से चंडीगढ़ जाने के फरमान जारी हुआ, लेकिन इस रवानगी का आशय दरअसल इस्‍तीफे से ही था। उन्‍होंने जागरण से बात चलायी, लेकिन घूस के दाग़ के साथ जागरण प्रबंधन भी उन्‍हें अपने साथ करने के लिए राजी नहीं हुआ। फिर हरिनारायण सिंह सन्‍मार्ग में बैठने लगे और मधु कोड़ा एंड कंपनी की काली पूंजी से खड़े हुए चैनल 11 के मालिक-मुख्‍तारों से बात करने लगे। बात बन गयी। अब योजना ये है कि हरिनारायण सिंह अपने काले धन को चैनल 11 के यूपी प्रोजेक्‍ट में निवेश करेंगे और धीरे-धीरे वहां शिफ्ट कर जाएंगे।

एक बार हरिवंश जी ने ही अपने एक संपादकीय में इशारों-इशारों में एक पत्रकार के पास सौ करोड़ का मालिक होने की बात लिखी थी। ये पत्रकार दरअसल हरिनारायण सिंह ही हैं। लेकिन विडंबना ये है कि हरिनारायण सिंह हरिवंश जी की ही फसल हैं और झारखंड में इसका बीज बोने का अपराध हरिवंश जी ने ही किया है – लिहाज़ा अब पाठकों पर है कि वे इस पूरे प्रकरण में बेदाग़ पत्रकार हरिवंश जी को दोषी मानते हैं या नहीं।

Read your story in this blog. One thing was clear, even though the story intended to target Harinarayan Singh of Hindustan, yet the coverage was focused again on Shri Hari Bans Narayan Singh! It was not surprising for me because your intentions are very clear from day 1 – Target Prabhat Khabar at any cost.

Now the bigger question arises as WHY you are doing so and that to under disguise. It is a clear indication of hypocrisy. If you are bold enough and have factual evidences, then bring the same under your real name. Why you are afraid ?

It appears from your reading that you are an insider of a media fraternity, then why not you are bringing all the facts at once and clear the so called mess in the society. Why are you targeting only one newspaper and one senior editorial person?

The answer for the same lies only with you and it is my most humble request to you to kindly see the movie “PAA” and the picture of MEDIA portrait in it.

Just drop your journalist EGO aside and you will see the actual picture and clearly understand who is BLACKMAILING whom !!!!
Well would request you to stop this personal fight and contain your ego and do not indulge in IDENTITY CRISIS.

Further to the moderator of this blog my humble request to you would be that kindly try to ascertain the prima facie credibility of any report before accepting in your portal so that your portal gradually gathers support and respect of all.

You should be aware of the fact that in media fraternity, credibility of news and its source is very vital and crucial, as it can make or break the agency publishing it in one single stroke.

Prabhat Khabar is one of the finest examples of regional newspaper having editorial independence and integrity. You should first try to understand any newspaper house, its ethics and values before publishing any anonymous reports in your portal.

Shri Harivansh ji is a man of values and principal. You should be aware that Mr. Harinaryan Singh (erstwhile editor of Hindustan) was earlier with Prabhat Khabar, and it took only one proven complain of corruption for Shri Harivanhji to remove him from the organization and after so many years of service in Hindustan, again same thing got repeated when the personal department of HT Media received a complain of disproportionate assets of Mr. Harinarayan and it finally took the same stand (of transferring him to Chandigarh, but actually it was a pressure tactics to make him quit from the organization).

As far as I can recall, Prabhat Khabar has outlined its relationship with its promoters in one of the issues. What more it can do / or is expected from a media company ???

I hope that you will assess the actual reality based on facts and not in personal whims of any person / organization.

कोयी ….? नारायण सिंह या कोई गीदड़ सिंह हो, अब तो पत्रकारिता धंधा है. पहले भी कह चूका हूँ, इस विषय पर तो मैंने उपन्यास ही लिख मारा है-फिर कह रहा हूँ. रंडी की भी नैतिकता होती है,लेकिन कुछ पत्रकार तो बिलकुल ही गए बीते है. मालिको के पक्के दलाल है. भडुए ज्यादा सही शब्द है भले ही अशालीन है. मालिक तो खैर उनका भी बाप है. पत्रकारिता का अभिशाप है. मालिक को देख कर अब पत्रकार भी भ्रष्ट होने लगे है. क्या करे बेचारे. पत्रकार नैतिक बना रहे और मालिक…स्साले कमाई कर के घर भरते रहे..? वन वे ट्रैफिक कब तक चलेगा..? कुछ पत्रकार तो ईमानदारी से काम करते रहते है,लेर्किन सब तो पराडकर या कुछ और नहीं न हो सकते. तो का है की कुछ तो करे के पडी भाई. का पता मालिक ससुरा कब लात मार के निकल दे. इसके पहले कुछ जुगाड़ कर लो. हिंदुस्तान से हते है, तो कोइ दूसरा स्थान मिलजायेगा. नहीं मिलेगा तो कोई बात नहीं, अपना ही अखबार निकल लेंगे. नोट कबाड़ने की कला तो संपादक जी को पता चलही गया है. जय हो समकालीन हिन्दी पत्रकारिता के नए किस्म के परादकरों की.

सत्य यही है माना कुछ को, कथन लगेगा बेहद कडुआ.
खबर बेचते और रोकते, दोनों हाथ में इनके लडुआ.
