अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि जब किसी भारतीय को अपने ही देश में आने के लिए, हवाई जहाज के टायलेट में घुसकर आने का खतरा उठाना पडता है तो स्थिति कितनी भयावह होगी। यह सब 9/11 के बाद तो किसी आम आदमी के लिए असंभव ही लगता है। अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति को बदलने के लिए अरब देश जाने का सपना संजोये लोगों के लिए यह घटना आंखें खोलने वाली थी। डाइनिंग हाल में अपने अपने टीवी सेट पर इस खबर को देखकर हममें से कइयों ने ऐसी शोषणपूर्ण स्थिति पर अफसोस जताया था। लेकिन हम भूल गये थे कि कम से कम नीली कॉलर वालों ने यूनियन बनाना सीख लिया है। मांगें मानी जाए या नहीं, लेकिन अपने हकों के बारे में कम से कम कभी-कभी बोलना तो सीख लिया है। एसी गाड़ियों में ऑफिस जाते जाते हम भूल से जाते हैं कि फिर लौटकर मुनीरका जैसी गलियों में ही आना है।
इकनॉमिक टाइम्स में कल एक खबर छपी – डेनमार्क में भारतीय आईटी पेशेवरों के शोषण के लिए CSC India Pvt Ltd जांच के घेरे में।
डेनमार्क के कानून के तहत, बाहर से आये पेशेवरों को कम से कम 31,250 क्रोनर (डेनमार्क मुद्रा) देना जरूरी है जबकि CSC पांच से आठ हजार क्रोनर ही देती आ रही थी। इस मुद्दे को वहां के आईटी पेशेवरों के यूनियन ने उठाया तब से यह कंपनी पसोपेश में है। यहां काम करते हुए यह तो कहा ही जा सकता है कि यह कंपनी केवल डेनमार्क में ही नहीं, हर जगह सबसे कम वेतन देने के लिए बदनाम रही है। भारत में भी यह अपवाद नहीं है। नोएडा में जहां कंपनी का मुख्यालय है, करीब दस हजार लोग काम कर रहे हैं। चयन के वक्त जितना कहा जा सके, उतने आश्वासन दिये जाते हैं जबकि असलियत पहली सैलरी के बाद समझ में आती है। वास्तविक सैलरी सकल आय से 30-40% कम आती है। फिर शुरू होता है स्पष्टीकरण का सिलसिला।
क्या आप अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं कि एसी गाड़ियों में रात के वक्त ऑफिस जाने वाले की कुल आमदनी महज सात हजार रुपये होगी? जीने के लिए तो लोग तीन हजार की नौकरियां करके जी रहे हैं लेकिन क्या भारत सरकार, जो जब तब एस्मा और पता नहीं कितने सारे कानून लाती रहती है, उसके लिए यह सब नियम के विरुद्ध नहीं लगता? हर अगले सप्ताह किसी न किसी का ई-मेल आता रहता है, जिसमें कभी 20% सकल लाभ तो कभी नयी नयी बिजनेस उप्लब्धियों को गिनाया गया होता है। जबकि सच यह है कि पिछले दो साल से किसी भी कर्मचारी की सैलरी बढ़ी तो नहीं लेकिन घट जरूर गयी है। लिहाजा लोग अपने खर्चों में कटौती करके किसी दूसरे विकल्प का इंतजार कर रहे हैं।
बेसिक सैलरी की वजह से बोनस न देना पड़े, इस वजह से इस कंपनी ने पूरी की पूरी सकल सैलरी को बेसिक बना दिया है। लिहाजा 24% सैलरी तो पीएफ में ही कट जाती है क्योंकि प्रोविडेंट फंड में कंपनी के योगदान को भी दिखा कर यह कंपनी एक ऊंची सैलरी देने का ढोंग करती है। दो साल से काम कर रहे लोगों को कभी इस जनवरी में तो कभी अगले जुलाई में प्रोमोट करने का लालच देती रहती है।
आगामी एक अप्रेल से लंच में कंपनी की तरफ से दी जाने वाली सब्सिडी भी बंद की जा रही है। लिहाजा अब सभी को कम से कम एक समय के लिए पचास रुपये खाने पर देने होंगे। वो भी सात हजार की सैलरी में से।
इन सब गतिविधियों के मद्देनजर कम से कम पिछले छह महीनों में ही दो हजार से ज्यादा लोगों ने कंपनी छोड़ दी है और दूसरों ने अपने लिए दूसरे विकल्प तलाशने शुरू कर दिये हैं। लेकिन कंपनी एक नया नियम ले कर आयी है, जिससे लगता है कि भारत सरकार ने विदेशी कंपनियों को बंधुआ मजदूरी करवाने के अधिकार भी दे दिये हैं? नये नियम के अनुसार अब हर किसी के लिए दो महीने का नोटिस देना होगा। न तो इन दो महीनों को छुट्टियों से कम किया जाएगा, न ही हम पैसे देकर इन दो महीनों से बच सकते हैं। इसका साफ मतलब है कि न ही कोई दूसरी कंपनी दो महीने के लिए रुकेगी, न ही हम इस कंपनी को छोड़ पाएंगे।
सवाल यह है कि क्या कोई कंपनी अपने कर्मचारियों को इस तरह मजबूर कर सकती है? क्या पता कि किसी दूसरी कंपनी में भी ऐसे ही नियम-कायदे हों? क्या हम बस इन कंपनियों की दया के ही भरोसे रह गये हैं। कोई तो नियम कायदा होगा, जो हमारे हितों की रक्षा करता हो? ऐसे कौन से नियम हैं, जिनका फायदा उठा कर कोई इतनी बड़ी कंपनी महज सात हजार रुपये देकर अपनी जिम्मेवारियों से पल्ला झाड़ लेती है। ऐसी कौन सी सर्वे कंपनी है, जो ऐसी कंपनियों को बेस्ट फाइव और बेस्ट टेन में घोषित करती है। यह लिखने का एक दूसरा और सीधा मकसद यह भी है कि लोग समझें कि बड़ी-बड़ी कंपनियों में सब कुछ अच्छा ही नहीं होता। ऊंची दुकान और फीकी पकवान CSC के लिए भी सही कहा जा सकता है।

आलेख अच्छा है. बहुत जरूरी है कि हम सब एक दूसरे से झूठ बोलना छोड़ें और सच्चाई को सार्वजनिक करें। तभी जाहिर हो पाएगा कि बड़ी कंपनियां कितना शोषण करती हैं और किन-किन क्षेत्रों में करती हैं। भारत में ऐसी कंपनियां बामुश्किल ८ या १० ही होंगी जो हर इंप्लॉयी की बेसिक सैलरी के साथ न्याया कर पाती हैं। ऐसे-ऐसे कानून और नियम बना रखे हैं कंपनी वालों ने की आप चाह कर भी अपने हितों के बारे में बात नहीं कर पाते। हर इंप्लॉई के हित पर कंपनी का लाभ भारी पड़ता है।
यह स्थिति हर जगह है। खासकर मीडिया कंपनियां अपने इंप्लॉई के शोषण में काफी आगे हैं। यही वजह है कि आज का पत्रकार पूंजीपतियों की भषा बोलता है क्योंकि निजी जीवन में पत्रकार हर दिन शोषण का शिकार है अन्य नौकरीपेशा लोगों की ही तरह।

This is not true. Its just a market practice why only CSC is being highlited? We should be thankful to CSC for not cheating people like Satyam Computers. I would request you all to please rethink of the day you joined. I agree no place is heaven but its a competitive world. Its hard for corporates also to manage such big employee strenght. I guess we need to give more time and have faith in CSC and its management.

Tha above written facts are 100% correct.
They have re-structured our salary and re-imbursements like PDR, Phone, and other benifites are reduced.I think the main proble stsrted with Covansys take over decision.
Now company is not bothered about their employees who ha served them more then 4-5 years. Only fals commitments are given by Neelam Gil Malhotra to their employees.

NEW DELHI: The Indian subsidiary of the world’s fourth-largest IT services provider, the $16.7-billion Computer Science Corporation (CSC), is under
scanner for allegedly exploiting Indian IT professionals sent onsite to Denmark.
The accusation comes from a local IT workers’ union, which claims CSC is paying Indian IT professionals in Denmark salaries lower than the minimum stipulated by law.
PROSA — a Danish trade union for IT professionals — raised the issue last month when an Indian IT professional on deputation in Denmark, protested about not being paid the salary promised by CSC. The issue is creating headlines in the Nordic country, which has about 65,000 IT professionals.
According to papers filed by PROSA with Danish investigating authorities, CSC pays Indian IT professionals between 5,000 and 8,000 Danish Kroner (DKK) a month — roughly equal to what the Indian IT workers would get, working in Noida or Hyderabad. (One DKK is equal to Rs 8).
But Danish law states that foreigners must earn at least 31,250 DKK monthly to enter the country through the so-called salary amount rule, which is part of the Aliens Act.
“Danish law requires companies to pay foreign IT workers in Denmark a minimum wage of 31,250 DKK, which is roughly equal to Rs 2.5 lakh per month, to enter the country. We believe more such IT companies are involved in exploiting Indian IT workers onsite,” said Hanne Lykke Jespersen, union secretary, PROSA. “The Danish government has already launched an investigation into this matter,” she added.
To give a comparison between the cost of living in Denmark and India, a McDonald’s Big Mac (called Maharaja Mac here) costs $1.5 (Rs 69) in New Delhi. The same Big Mac costs about $5.7 (Rs 250) in Copenhagen. In another comparison, per capita income in Denmark is about $3,000 per month. In contrast, Indian IT workers are often paid even lower, at about $1454 per month (equating with 8,000 DKK per month), going by PROSA’s claims.
When ET asked CSC India to disclose the minimum monthly salary that Indian IT workers are paid when they go onsite to work in Denmark, the company declined to share the information. A spokesperson from CSC India, however, added, that ‘total salaries’ paid by CSC in Denmark are in compliance with the Danish Aliens Act.
“CSC India employees have gone to Denmark, like many other countries for knowledge acquisition. Terms of every assignment pass through legal counsel and are vetted by an external consulting firm on international mobility,” a CSC spokesperson said.
“While overseas, CSC ensures that the total salaries meet the specific country’s statutory requirements on wages as laid down for that country,” she added.
PROSA’s Ms Jespersen, however, said that it is not the first time the trade union has heard of Indian IT professionals being cheated by IT companies. “We have seen such cases several times before, but we have not been able to do anything about them because the Indians do not dare stand up,” she said.
In this case, “the employee had subsequently resigned from the company and was forced to withdraw the case,” PROSA claimed. The union refused to provide access to the Indian IT professional.
The Danish union is jointly taking up the issue in two countries with UNITES — an India-based union of IT-ITeS professionals.
According to PROSA, “The IT professional was given a two-bedroom apartment which CSC claimed was worth 11,579 DKK a month, whose actual rent may not be more than a few thousand DKK. The Indian IT professionals are paying a rent for the apartments to CSC which is at least the double that of normal price.” US headquartered CSC however says it complies fully with the law.
Besides CSC, a large number of global IT companies like IBM, HP, Microsoft have offices in Denmark. Indian majors like TCS and HCL also have centres in Copenhagen.
This is rule and regulation of corporate industries, nobody can changed and against these policies. Govt. are taking High rate of interest from these companies so I think Govt. will never take any type of action against theses business giants. While govt. is in profit because unemployment is reducing, people are still ready to work in low salary and our Indian govt. can show that in India only few people are unemployed. Indian govt. is already not able to provide any such kind of job in Govt. sector so they are happy to ignore their responsibility to Private sector. And this is the main Harassment reason of Indian Employees. Basically this is indirectly indication to CSC India. Because whatever I wrote above CSC is best example of our Harassment. Vande matram.

आपका लेख पढ़ा और पढ़ कर काफी अच्छा लगा| ये जानकार नहीं कि कुछ कंपनियां काफी गलत तरीके से कार्य कर रही हैं बल्कि इसलिए क्यूंकि मैं खुद उस कंपनी का हिस्सा रह चुका हूँ और मैं इनके काम करने के तरीके से वाकिफ हूँ| मैंने खुद इस कंपनी को इन्ही कारणों से छोड़ा था| जानकार अच्छा लगा कि कोई तो है जो इस मुद्दे को लोगों में बता रहा है|

This is the state of IT Employees these days… But CSC has turned from Best to Worst in the last 2 years, especially after acquisition of Covansys…. Management is in the hands of the worst possible people who get hefty pay packages and all the priviliges in the world just to make the hapless employees work as slaves.
Nothing like TRANSPARENCY is left in the management. HR is the worst these days with ZERO connect with the employees and mindless policy changes and decisions. The Denmark fiasco is a result of one such policy change….
HR and admin are the people who consider themselves VVIP’s. Dont expect any response from anyone even after numerous reminders. Town Halls are a thing of the past and management responses and commitments even in an open forum like townhall can’t be relied upon. One example of a CSC management thinking is that they feel that increasing the notice period from one to two and three months now will help stem the attrition.. LOLZ… Employee welfare and satisfaction is an alien term for them..
People in HR and admin are corrupt to the core. It is evident from the fact the Medical premiums have almost doubled in the last one year and is much higher than the premium if you go for an individual policy. The premiums in other IT companies are one sixth of the premium commanded by CSC and benefits are much better…Also the fact that most of the hiring takes place thru consultants and the resumes referred by employees are never touched is another good example.
The Management starting from immediate managers to the top level management are spineless.
Its high time that we raise our voices against such exploitation. There is an existing Trade Union for IT Employees (UNITES). Please register in large numbers at http://WWW.UNITESPRO.COM to voice and consolidate your concerns and prevent such MNC’s from exploiting Indian talent with no respect for their concerns.

This has been happening in CSC for some time now. Earlier it used to be a great company where each and every employee was allowed to speak. But today they are no longer allowed to raise their concerns. Policies are being changed in a day. Employees are being treated like cattles. No transparency in the system. There has been no 360 degree feedback so that the employees can say anything about the managers. Mid management has been working as dictators and no one is bothered about the welfare of employees. Those who lick the shoe of managers are being promoted, given retention bonus, sent to onsite. There is no fix parameter to check the work done by an employee. If you raise voice, they force you to work in one of the worst project and promote people below you (obviously manager’s favourites) to rule over your head. Managers bug you every hour for your work even if the deadline is far. No proper process is being followed. They claim to be CMMI however none of the quality process is adhered to. But, they do not forget to charge their clients for their so called Quality oriented work. Managers are hiring people on the face value and not even bothered about the work you have done in the past. Recent examples of Employee harassment in CSC are
1. Changing the policy of PF deduction – deducing the company’s contribution too from Employee’s salary saying its part of complete CTC.
2. Changing the encashment of EL’s on basic salary instead of Gross.
3. Disconituing Food reimbursements while you are On call.
4. Very less on call allowances.
5. Discontinuing discounted food to employees and initially telling them that the coupons will work till April end and later when everyone raised the coupon request, saying that they’ll work but the Employees need to pay the difference of 25Rs/lunch from their pocket.
6. Discontinuing all corporate parties or Movie tickets distribution by REC committee. In fact all the committees are just for the name sake and they do not have any budget allocated to these committees.
7. Change in policy on Reimbursements. Putting in “Food Coupons” which probably would have worked in Big Bazar but I read at one of the BB that they won’t accept it after 1st April. Discontinuing PDR and accepting phone bills limited to one single phone number.
8. Telling new joinees that they will be paid the amount offered only when they become billable. So, if a person does not becomes billable for 6 months, he wont get 24,000 as offered. They’ll just get 7-8k per month. In fact they’ll have to sign the bond of 2.5 yrs when they become billable. So a new joinee works as a BONDED LABOUR, which i thing is against Indian Law. or else he need to pay huge penalty for leaving the company.
9. Bringing in all employees from 5-6 buildings to one campus but reducing the support staff and other amneties like Gym, Pool tables, etc.
The list is endless. There are many instances of Employees being harassed and forced to work overtime without being paid any overtime allowances. Forced to work on Public holidays and Weekends with very less or no compensation. This company is no more a Dream Company as it used to be.

The proactivity is limted to banning such sites which serve as an eye opener for a common employee…if this is the dream company then its turning out to be a scariest of dream..first they hire the talent pool from elite campuses then spoil there career or rather say the productive years of their life with mean policies and autocratic behaviour.The voice should be raised against such companies who discriminate and more importantly targeting the capable youth of the nation and spoiling by allocating BPO work in the name of IT. I fully agreed with all your comments given above and I would say that we all should oppose 3 months notice period policy if HR will try to enforce the same in future. I want to ask CSC HR n other senior management why there is so much discrimination between lower level and senior n middle level mangement.On one way you are saying CSC is an equal opportunity giving company and on other side you have distributed retention bonuses ranging between 1 Lac to 10 Lac without giving any penny to lower level staffs. I think you should stop such practices otherwise attriton level will remain continue irrespective of your notice period policy. Also who cares of your notice period if any one gets good opportunity they will smashed notice period money on your face and left the org.

I am also one of the victim of this organization. Sometimes, I feel that whatever I have learned in my previous companies is been sold to csc and now again I have to prepare from the very beginning to qualify any interview.
Either they are not providing infrastructure not promoting learning. Also, the PC provided are already tired and exhausted and so outdated that may take even 30 minutes to boot. What to talk of management; their criteria to solve an issue is via : EMAIL

You did a huge blunder by announcing bonus to all employees and giving it to a few.
All problems started in CSC after Neelam joined the company.
CSC is a company which generates revenue many times more than Infosys and TCS. Now you can easily guess their ways to acheive that. They keep changing salary structure which become complex and they save something more their, trying to project employee’s profit only. Besides they offer less salary than other MNC’s in India. This way they save so much amount from over 90,000 employees. This is also one of hteir business.

CSC did blunder and keep on doing mistakes by hiring untalented campus GET’s , even non GET’s diploma holders. They are just joining company for fun and misusing company facilities and now everything is vanished.
@ ABC : A GET is a person who get selected after 5 rounds of interview and aptitude test, a GET is one who beats other 500 students of equal potential during campus placements, a GET is a person who work on a mere stipend of 10k fr the same work which is done by the employees who earn 25k, that too with a 3 year of service agreement. A GET is the one who mostly belongs to outstation, who hardly manage to pay the bills of rent electricity and food in his salary and denied promotion even after performing above par. Promised to be given FSG ,,but found themself in GIS.Grade turned down from G-10 to N-10.
Can you believe this shit company makes no difference between Btech from IIT’s NIT’s and good engg colleges to diploma(who are not at all 12 standard pass) and BSC BCA people.They are supposed to share their butt on same seat with them,,

worst dept one can ever start his career.there are atleast as many as 10 managers,,20 operational managers and 30 Team leaders who had nothing to do but to approves etes,,make roster,,gossip and shout on team members,
They themseleves are the most unqualified people who all the from BPO background and just good at english ,,nothing else and consider themselves Newton.
Service manager concept is too good,,who looks after what you wear,,how long break you take,,how much time are you away,,whom you are taking ,,although they do surfing all the shift ,nothing else.

This whole exploitation is just because people sitting on policy level don’t give a shit to us. so better we don’t go personal. We have got a place where we all can share our frustration and moreover we can try to find out any solution but should really avoid unparliamentary languages. I also think we should speak out against HR and management but it would really be a shame to use abusing language for any woman. We are against her because of her corporate role not because she is a woman. so we should respect her dignity and modesty. apart from this many of our colleagues are women and in fact they are somehow much more victimize in all this coz we at least are getting exploited on our work and economic level but they are being harassed on personal level too. so keeping them too along with us we should keep this forum clean and should lead this struggle so that woman colleagues also speak out over here freely.

I am really sorry to be head of this dept.I am really sorry to spoil the lives of all BTechs(NITs,IIITs and other good govt colleges).But you see,I can’t help it.I have a big lot of all incompetent managers,Ops-managers,Service Managers and TLs.Let me give you a brief account of past.Initially there were only managers and TLs in my dept and not to mention all incompetent enough to be stuck to RIO only.Non of these bullshit get out of RIO since it was formed.Then my predecessor prateek (being a pass out of IIMK,he was way too smart to implement these things)had no option but to create a new post of Service Managers(SMs) to promote this incompetent lot of TLs.Their job includes just to check what employees wear,how long break they take,how much time they are away on ST,whom they are taking to,who is taking shoes off in night shift,who is sleeping(I know they sleep the most on floor),which site they are accessing(though they themselves access facebook all the time),who is accessing personal mails(not to mention on my floor accessing even yahoomail and gmail is not allowed,not withstanding the fact that all non-RIO employees are always available on gtalk in office hours) etc.I acknowledge that they are most incompetent employees in CSC (I even doubt that the guards standing at the gates can do a much better job).When I saw they are all time free,I assigned them some work(to do quality audits,though I know there is a separate quality team within CSC).Lets talk about my tenure with RIO.When I was appointed head of this dept,there was a big lot of highly incompetent TLs aspiring to be managers.I was left with no choice but follow prateek’s example and create another post of Ops-Managers.I’m still in stage to finalize what work to assign them.Now in RIO,total number of TLs,SMs,Ops-managers and Managers is more than total number of team members(who actually do work).If I disclose the financial details then I’m sure you will be surprised to know that salaries of these incompetent TLs(their job includes approving eTES,making roster,attending dsr and not to mention-shout on team members and gossips),SMs(gossips + what I mentioned earlier),Ops-managers(I’m yet to decide their job,but I guess I couldn’t assign them a work except gossips) and Managers(I don’t want my managers to work at all so I have assigned no work to them) account for 90% of total expenditure of RIO while salaries of hard working team members across all teams account for a mere 7% of total expenditure,rest 3% is spent in RIO week,team outings etc.
But I don’t care whether all team members are not satisfied,I give it a damn.My clients are satisfied and I’m happy.Big thanks to Neelam for disbursing such hefty bonuses to me and all my incompetent lot.I give a damn to rest all things.
Thanks to csc , I get more free time than my fellow batchmates way back in college(who joined govt companies).I am one of the happiest persons on earth.For me CSC means Career Sure Comfortable.
Guys.. let me also join in the forum. I am also a manager and I damn care about my team members. I got 3 promotions in 4 years. I will make sure that no one in my team gets promotion. I will give promotion only if they polish me. Unfortunately no one is doing, thats why I didn’t give promotion even they are double eligible. I am fully safe as long as my manager is there and he is fully safe as long as joy is there. So far my team complained atleast 1000 times to my manager and HR.. None of them plucked anything. Thats my greatness.

Policies aise ghumayi ja rahi hain ki aisa lagta hai ki gulami kar rahe hain yahan. 3 mahine ka notice period agar kiya gaya toh csc yahi prove karegi ki woh zabardasti logon ko rok rahi hai. Is tarah ki policy saaf kar rahi hai ki CSC main log kaam nahi karna chahte aur manager log unka company chodna mushkil kar rahe hain.
Jahan tak kharab mgrs ke hone ka prashan hai, itne samajhdar ki jo kam ho hi nahi sakta woh bhi client ko keh dete hain ki ho gaya aur fir yahan India main employee ko pareshan karte hain.
Aise bhi mgrs hain jinhone 8 se 10 saal yahan kaam kiya hai lekin kabhi client ko face nahi kiya. Fir kisi din client se direct baat hoti hai aur woh toot padta hai toh unko samajh hi nahi aata ki kya karna hai. Aur mostly aise hi mgrs hain. Incometency inki jadoon main basi hui hai.
Agar US wale kuch na karein toh yahan ke mgrs kuch bhi nahi kar sakte. CSC ne jo retain karne ke kaam kiye hain woh ab inke against act kar rahe hain. Saloon se incompetent log yahan safety main bethe hain aur apna strong hold bana liya hai. Many people above have talked abt 3 months notice period, tell me this if you think its wrong, why not file an independent PIL in court. If you consider onsite bond as wrong, why not raise ur voice against it.
I agree, staying in the company its hard to do such things, but if u r determined, you can hire a lawyer and file the case.
Send a note to US consulate, telling how CSC(for that matter all desi companies) sends ppl on B1 and asks them to work.
My point here is, if u truly feel something is wrong, take action…dont give gyan….they are able to do all this just becos we are letting them….some one has to come up and take action….as for me I dont have any problem with CSC, I prefer to earn less, but enjoy life…which many would agree…u can eaisly do in CSC….the day I feel the need I will switch…but not bcos I love or hate the company…bcos I want to….

i would like to tell you the story of a batch of GETs hired in 2007.
All the members were from good engineering colleges(even from IITs ans NITs).The offer letter said that they were hired to work for GTS(the only development work in csc is done is this department).During the campus test and interviews they were asked quality questions in C/C++,unix (definitely the test might have been conducted by third party..)and in the interview they were told that they would get quality opportunities in development…and alas they believed it all.
After joining they were kept on bench for 3 months….when asked they were told by the HR that the project allotment would take time. Then the HR brought a list of candidates who were to receive java training and to the surprise they were all from non-circuit background and all the circuit branch members were transferred to GIS.Do you know what HR said to them….the selection was random( yeah…quiet clear !!!!)
Out of these many were put in the elite department ….THE RIO..
and were given the job of server and network monitoring on a 24×7 environment.The senior manger of RIO Prateek(at that time) told that they were being allotted to a new project being off shored and hence need quality work and that is the reason why BTECH people were put in the project.He also promised that they would be moved to other team after 6 months(once the project was stabilized).They worked hard stabilized the project,improved the process got very good customer satisfaction results(may be they were wrong there).but even after 2 year there is no response from management in their movement.After the bond period 50% of them resigned ….frustrated with the 24X7 work and more over the harassment from the management(adding fat to the fire they are under the management of gr8 Shashikant,Ajay,Ajeet,Pranav etc) .The remaining are still stuck because their profile has been badly fucked up by CSC and hence they are not getting any good jobs outside also.Their only hope seems to be in higher education….Let us hope that they would realize it soon and escape from this horrible company..

Things could still be made better if the feedback system is two-way and highly trusworthy. It needs a tranperancy for movement and transfer to reduce gaining favoritism and nepotism.
As an new joinee, i wanted to request to stop all this nonesense, As per my experience from last 8 Month i found CSC a very employee friendly company. No doubt there are some of the rules which needs to be improved……….. but dat doent mean u cscian started creeping about ur company

Some suggestion-
1.You can always file a lawsuit against csc.
2.You can write to human rights organizations regarding this exploitation.
3.You can write corporate affairs minister Mr. Salmaan Khursid.
4.You can demand re-audit of csc india balance sheet and file a lawsuit for this.
5.As mentioned in previous posts,if csc is really paying less than minimum wage in denmark,then decision of the lawsuit will definitely come against csc and it will be banned from doing any business in denmark.
6.As mentioned in previous post,12 hours shift timings are against Indian laws.If a lawsuit is filed again csc for this,then csc can be banned from doing business in india for a duration of permanently.
7.If managers in csc are indulged in Human Right’s Violation as mentioned by some of you then it will be banned from doing business anywhere in the world.
So,take my advice and do some positive discussion here and come to a conclusion.Take some action based on your conclusions and I am very sure things can be changed.csc is not a Hitler and we are living in biggest democracy of the world.Do not loose hope and be positive.Guilty will be surely punished.Have faith in judiciary.

Hi All,
There is one more thing which I was to discuss about the notice period and the increment which does not happens in the last year.
C the sitation here, A employee put his/ger resignation to the company but the CSC does not agree to relieve him just b’coz of so called project need(bull shit….that is what our stupid managers say to upper managment) even the employee is ready to pay from his/her pocket. Now what happen the emplyee stop working and do nothing for the next 2 month notice period but the company still does not relieve him & continue to pay.
Them CSC start looking to hire a person from market and pays a good amount to the placement company(anything between 50K – 1lakh) and when the new person joins the company it takes normally 3-4 month to get a comfortable understanding of the project…. So another 3-4 month salary loss.
If we calculate this all about the total loss to the company incurred to 3-4 lakhs on an average for an employee who lefts the company hanving 3-4 yrs of exp.
So my point is,the company it not ready to give a hike of 10-15% of the total CTC of that employee who left the company but are ready to take burden of 3-4 lakh and at the same time loosing a good resource who has spent 3-4 yrs with the company and have good understandng baout the project and all.
So why this happens …. just because most of the middle leve managers are stupid…they don’t have guts to raise the actual concers to the higher managers….
I my opinion they are just the disgusting creature of this planet specially KALA HAANTHI……

It’s perefct example to define human nature.everybofy feel that they have the more problems in thier life. haar gahr main issues hotay hain .. how we handle them that does matter ..don’t feel the next door will welcome you with red roses .. the world is not perfect .. & it’s very easy to put the dust on somebody else , be on the spot & you will get the heat. Party Ppl…I am surprised why nobody has mentioned me. I am famous in whole of CSC for the way I manage my team. If you are not let me give you some highlights.
I joined as Operations Manager in ETS few years back. Though there was an IJP but I got selected already. You see I have very high contacts. Sanjay, Samba, Rajiv sab apne hi log hain…
When I joined it was a very good team of resources. But now hardly anyone is left and those who are are are desperate to leave the team.
I very busy and occupied as I spend most of my time doing facebook, rediff, reading NV, IPL (most important). Fridays are very busy as I have to decide on the Cricket match we play every weekend. I need to decide the teams, playing order etc.
In the name of growth I have a position of SPOC who is responsible for all the account issues. Therefore most of SPOCs have left and no new member wants to be a SPOC now. Not my fault
I also promoted sister of one of favourite resource Harpreet singh to my team though it was completey against the HR policies.
I went all the way out to defend my favorite resources even it was reported they came drunk to office.
My onshore colleagues hurl abuses at me. In case if I am required for any meeting I try my best to avoid it. I turn off my sametime, leave early, come later whatever.
I was also asked to support one account and I created such a mess that two of the team members had to spend years fixing it.
Now I am asked to handle Australia region and I will leave no stone unturned to ruin it. Infact it has already started. ha..ha..
The list is very long but I am keeping it short.
Now the most important part. For all the accomplishments I got promoted to Senior Manager this mid year and got a bonus of 2.5 lacs. This is when most employees are dying to get a slightest increase.
Looking forward to be General Manager soon. CSC is the best place to work. No where managers like me get such a good salary and comfortable life. I prey for CSC. May God save it from frustrated employees like you.
One more bad practice in our project in CSC. People working on weekends are provided no monetory benefits, and allowed only half day leave (comp off) for every full weekend day worked. only bachelors are made to work on weekends, and married women / other ladies are seldom asked to report to work on weekends.
When they came to college for recruitment they allured us like this is the best company. They made 1000 promises. They have recruited from the best colleges of India like NITs,BITS,PEC,DCE, Thapar etc.First they delayed the joining for more than 6 months.The most shameful thing is that they were conducting another so called “client-interviews” before giving joinings to freshers.Then they introduced the Y10 grade and the terms like “System Technician” just to spoil more of our time as they on-boarded us as GIPs with mere stipend for initial 4-6 months .All this was very much embarrassing for us but as CSC used to be a huge brand name and we were already passed out of campus we had no options.Jab CSC mein placement hui thi to sabko bahut khushi hui thi,sabke parents bhi khush the and we used to be proud to say that we are placed in CSC. But ab pata chalta hai ki JACK AND JILL WENT UP TO CSC TO FETCH……….. BLOODY BOSDI KAAAA.The freshers working here have incurred so many grudges for the company that they are not faithfull to the company from the 1st day of their joining and if they will get a chance to take revenge(in any form) they won’t miss that chance anyhow. It is a very baniya act by the company to cancel the food coupons. North Indians are working in Chennai under such worst conditions. To our shame the people we are working with don’t even know IITs and NIT’s.They just know NIIT,BCA,MCA and diploma kind of things. Guys from CS and IT are working on excel sheets,ppt preparation,testing ,maintenance and support and guys who dont have any CS and IT background are being trained on technologies like Java,Maineframes,.NET,ERP etc.This is the PERFECT RESOURCE MIS-MANAGEMENT.
I am also a manager and has lots of complain against CSC nether I disagree with the facts mention by some of you. But please don’t loss focus here its CSC policy we are talking about. please stop commenting on individual

let me tell you 1 more bloody policy of csc.from april onwards you will be given rs1500 sodexo coupens whether you want it or not.it means whether you are taking lunch or not you will have to take rs1500 sodexo coupens.what a bloody policy.i am a bachelor.i do not buy this grocery items nor do i shop that much.also these sodexo coupens worth less than their value when you but othwer stuff such as cloths,shoes.that means your salary is reduced by some hundred rs now.

Jailed Dubai kissing pair lose appeal over conviction
A British man and woman jailed in Dubai for kissing in public have lost their appeal against their conviction.
Ayman Najafi, 24, and Charlotte Adams, 25, were sentenced to a month in prison with subsequent deportation and fined about £200 for drinking alcohol.
The pair were arrested in November after a local woman accused them of breaking the country’s decency laws by kissing on the mouth in a restaurant.
Najafi said he was “very disappointed”. The pair plan to make a second appeal.
The initial complaint against them was made by a 38-year-old woman who said she was offended by their behaviour at the Jumeirah Beach Residence, where she was dining with her daughter.
‘Very harsh’
The pair’s defence lawyers said the woman – who did not appear in court – had not seen the kiss herself, but had been told by her two-year-old child that the girl had seen them kissing.
The defendants also claimed they had merely kissed each other on the cheek, and therefore had not broken any laws.
The BBC’s Ben Thompson, at the court, said the judge spoke entirely in Arabic as he quickly dismissed the appeal, saying he upheld the previous sentence.
They were fined 1,000 dirhams, which is about £200. They now have 30 days to appeal.
It was left to the defence lawyer to explain the verdict to Najafi and Adams.
Najafi said after the case: “It’s very harsh, based on contradictory evidence. The courts haven’t called on any of our witnesses who are prepared to testify that this didn’t happen.”
His mother, Maida Najafi, told the BBC her son had grown up in the UK and was used to common British greetings.
“Maybe they think he should know better because he’s from a Muslim family but Ayman grew up in this country, and that’s the normal greeting… in this country,” she said.
The pair decided not to start their sentence immediately, but the Dubai authorities are holding their passports so they are unable to return to Britain.
Professor John Strawson, an expert in Islamic law, told BBC Radio 5 Live he was not surprised by the judge’s decision.
He said: “The problem in this particular case is that one of the British citizens is of Muslim origin.
“And I think that the combination of the alleged kissing and the consumption of alcohol in an illegal place, meant that this was a case that the authorities really wanted to pursue, and they are probably sticking to their rigid interpretation of the law.”
Professor Strawson said the Dubai authorities often turned a blind eye to foreigners’ behaviour, because of the high income that comes from tourists.
But he said Dubai had recently issued new explanations tightening up their laws.
‘Cultural differences’
The Foreign Office advises Britons going to Dubai, which is part of the United Arab Emirates, to be wary of breaching local customs.
A statement on the its travel advice website reads: “Britons can find themselves facing charges relating to cultural differences, such as using bad language, rude gestures or public displays of affection.”
Najafi, from north London, had been working for marketing firm Hay Group in Dubai for about 18 months.
The case is the latest in a series of incidents over recent years in which foreigners have broken Dubai’s strict decency laws.
In March, an Indian couple in their 40s were sentenced to three months in jail in Dubai after sending each other sexually explicit text messages.
In 2008, two Britons accused of having sex on a beach in Dubai were sentenced to three months in jail, though the sentences were later suspended.

Nothing like TRANSPARENCY is left in the management. HR is the worst these days with ZERO connect with the employees and mindless policy changes and decisions. The Denmark fiasco is a result of one such policy change….
HR and admin are the people who consider themselves VVIP’s. Dont expect any response from anyone even after numerous reminders. Town Halls are a thing of the past and management responses and commitments even in an open forum like townhall can’t be relied upon. One example of a CSC management thinking is that they feel that increasing the notice period from one to two and three months now will help stem the attrition.. LOLZ… Employee welfare and satisfaction is an alien term for them..
People in HR and admin are corrupt to the core. It is evident from the fact the Medical premiums have almost doubled in the last one year and is much higher than the premium if you go for an individual policy. The premiums in other IT companies are one sixth of the premium commanded by CSC and benefits are much better…Also the fact that most of the hiring takes place thru consultants and the resumes referred by employees are never touched is another good example.
The Management starting from immediate managers to the top level management are spineless.
Its high time that we raise our voices against such exploitation. There is an existing Trade Union for IT Employees (UNITES). Please register in large numbers at http://WWW.UNITESPRO.COM to voice and consolidate your concerns and prevent such MNC’s from exploiting Indian talent with no respect for their concerns.

HR and admin are the people who consider themselves VVIP’s. Dont expect any response from anyone even after numerous reminders. Town Halls are a thing of the past and management responses and commitments even in an open forum like townhall can’t be relied upon. One example of a CSC management thinking is that they feel that increasing the notice period from one to two and three months now will help stem the attrition.. LOLZ… Employee welfare and satisfaction is an alien term for them..
People in HR and admin are corrupt to the core. It is evident from the fact the Medical premiums have almost doubled in the last one year and is much higher than the premium if you go for an individual policy. The premiums in other IT companies are one sixth of the premium commanded by CSC and benefits are much better…Also the fact that most of the hiring takes place thru consultants and the resumes referred by employees are never touched is another good example.
The Management starting from immediate managers to the top level management are spineless.
Its high time that we raise our voices against such exploitation. There is an existing Trade Union for IT Employees (UNITES). Please register in large numbers at http://WWW.UNITESPRO.COM to voice and consolidate your concerns and prevent such MNC’s from exploiting Indian talent with no respect for their concerns.

I am really sorry to be head of this dept.I am really sorry to spoil the lives of all BTechs(NITs,IIITs and other good govt colleges).But you see,I can’t help it.I have a big lot of all incompetent managers,Ops-managers,Service Managers and TLs.Let me give you a brief account of past.Initially there were only managers and TLs in my dept and not to mention all incompetent enough to be stuck to RIO only.Non of these bullshit get out of RIO since it was formed.Then my predecessor prateek (being a pass out of IIMK,he was way too smart to implement these things)had no option but to create a new post of Service Managers(SMs) to promote this incompetent lot of TLs.Their job includes just to check what employees wear,how long break they take,how much time they are away on ST,whom they are taking to,who is taking shoes off in night shift,who is sleeping(I know they sleep the most on floor),which site they are accessing(though they themselves access facebook all the time),who is accessing personal mails(not to mention on my floor accessing even yahoomail and gmail is not allowed,not withstanding the fact that all non-RIO employees are always available on gtalk in office hours) etc.I acknowledge that they are most incompetent employees in CSC (I even doubt that the guards standing at the gates can do a much better job).When I saw they are all time free,I assigned them some work(to do quality audits,though I know there is a separate quality team within CSC).Lets talk about my tenure with RIO.When I was appointed head of this dept,there was a big lot of highly incompetent TLs aspiring to be managers.I was left with no choice but follow prateek’s example and create another post of Ops-Managers.I’m still in stage to finalize what work to assign them.Now in RIO,total number of TLs,SMs,Ops-managers and Managers is more than total number of team members(who actually do work).If I disclose the financial details then I’m sure you will be surprised to know that salaries of these incompetent TLs(their job includes approving eTES,making roster,attending dsr and not to mention-shout on team members and gossips),SMs(gossips + what I mentioned earlier),Ops-managers(I’m yet to decide their job,but I guess I couldn’t assign them a work except gossips) and Managers(I don’t want my managers to work at all so I have assigned no work to them) account for 90% of total expenditure of RIO while salaries of hard working team members across all teams account for a mere 7% of total expenditure,rest 3% is spent in RIO week,team outings etc.
But I don’t care whether all team members are not satisfied,I give it a damn.My clients are satisfied and I’m happy.Big thanks to Neelam for disbursing such hefty bonuses to me and all my incompetent lot.I give a damn to rest all things.
Thanks to csc , I get more free time than my fellow batchmates way back in college(who joined govt companies).I am one of the happiest persons on earth.For me CSC means Career Sure Comfortable.

Many people above have talked abt 3 months notice period, tell me this if you think its wrong, why not file an independent PIL in court. If you consider onsite bond as wrong, why not raise ur voice against it.
I agree, staying in the company its hard to do such things, but if u r determined, you can hire a lawyer and file the case.
Send a note to US consulate, telling how CSC(for that matter all desi companies) sends ppl on B1 and asks them to work.
My point here is, if u truly feel something is wrong, take action…dont give gyan….they are able to do all this just becos we are letting them….some one has to come up and take action….as for me I dont have any problem with CSC, I prefer to earn less, but enjoy life…which many would agree…u can eaisly do in CSC….the day I feel the need I will switch…but not bcos I love or hate the company…bcos I want to….

But I don’t care whether all team members are not satisfied,I give it a damn.My clients are satisfied and I’m happy.Big thanks to Neelam for disbursing such hefty bonuses to me and all my incompetent lot.I give a damn to rest all things.
Thanks to csc , I get more free time than my fellow batchmates way back in college(who joined govt companies).I am one of the happiest persons on earth.For me CSC means Career Sure Comfortable.

CSC is not deducting the employer contribution of the PF from you salary.
Till 2007 PF was not introduced in CSC so they paid full salary to employees.
When CSC started PF in 2007, obviously company must do a restructuring of the slaries and employer part will included in the CTC and employee contribution added to the Gross.
CSC is not a baniyas shop where they can do anything. Like any other big corporate it has some legal boundation and it work according to the law of the land only.

I have been ofered employment by CSC, recently, they are offering me the position of Associate engineer, technical support in N10 grade in RIO department. I am currently working in Dell Computers, they are giving me a hike of 30% but asking me to sigh a bond of 2 years, After reading ur views in this forum , I am feeling a bit apprehensive about joining CSC, I would really appreciate if you people who are working with CSC can throw some light on the real picture as whether I should join it or not. I thought it to be a good IT experience but now i want to know your virews about the same.
I can clearly see in my offer letter how the comapany shrewdly deducted food vouchers(worth Rs. 1500) from my salary & to the height of it PF is shown as a part of my monthly salary. Thats really a bad HR policy change.

I am really sorry to be head of this dept.I am really sorry to spoil the lives of all BTechs(NITs,IIITs and other good govt colleges).But you see,I can’t help it.I have a big lot of all incompetent managers,Ops-managers,Service Managers and TLs.Let me give you a brief account of past.Initially there were only managers and TLs in my dept and not to mention all incompetent enough to be stuck to RIO only.Non of these bullshit get out of RIO since it was formed.Then my predecessor prateek (being a pass out of IIMK,he was way too smart to implement these things)had no option but to create a new post of Service Managers(SMs) to promote this incompetent lot of TLs.Their job includes just to check what employees wear,how long break they take,how much time they are away on ST,whom they are taking to,who is taking shoes off in night shift,who is sleeping(I know they sleep the most on floor),which site they are accessing(though they themselves access facebook all the time),who is accessing personal mails(not to mention on my floor accessing even yahoomail and gmail is not allowed,not withstanding the fact that all non-RIO employees are always available on gtalk in office hours) etc.I acknowledge that they are most incompetent employees in CSC (I even doubt that the guards standing at the gates can do a much better job).When I saw they are all time free,I assigned them some work(to do quality audits,though I know there is a separate quality team within CSC).Lets talk about my tenure with RIO.When I was appointed head of this dept,there was a big lot of highly incompetent TLs aspiring to be managers.I was left with no choice but follow prateek’s example and create another post of Ops-Managers.I’m still in stage to finalize what work to assign them.Now in RIO,total number of TLs,SMs,Ops-managers and Managers is more than total number of team members(who actually do work).If I disclose the financial details then I’m sure you will be surprised to know that salaries of these incompetent TLs(their job includes approving eTES,making roster,attending dsr and not to mention-shout on team members and gossips),SMs(gossips + what I mentioned earlier),Ops-managers(I’m yet to decide their job,but I guess I couldn’t assign them a work except gossips) and Managers(I don’t want my managers to work at all so I have assigned no work to them) account for 90% of total expenditure of RIO while salaries of hard working team members across all teams account for a mere 7% of total expenditure,rest 3% is spent in RIO week,team outings etc.
But I don’t care whether all team members are not satisfied,I give it a damn.My clients are satisfied and I’m happy.Big thanks to Neelam for disbursing such hefty bonuses to me and all my incompetent lot.I give a damn to rest all things.
Thanks to csc , I get more free time than my fellow batchmates way back in college(who joined govt companies).I am one of the happiest persons on earth.For me CSC means Career Sure Comfortable.

Send a note to US consulate, telling how CSC(for that matter all desi companies) sends ppl on B1 and asks them to work.
My point here is, if u truly feel something is wrong, take action…dont give gyan….they are able to do all this just becos we are letting them….some one has to come up and take action….as for me I dont have any problem with CSC, I prefer to earn less, but enjoy life…which many would agree…u can eaisly do in CSC….the day I feel the need I will switch…but not bcos I love or hate the company…bcos I want to….

This company is worst comapny I worked for.
In project only 50% guys actually work ,w here ar 50% are inefficent fresher guys hired by management ( where as they are charging for expereinced guys from client). Leave aside these freshers even do not do 1% work. remainign 50% are doing double work and still no hike.
This is company for donkeys and not for horses,not donkeys as they also work.
It is high time that IT guys should make union also.
Company is in hand of worng guys in India. Mike should do something about this. Atleast he should have link to this blog.
Hello All,
when i was working with my previous organization, it was my dream to work with CSC, as no doubt CSC used to be one of the best organizations 5 years back from now. But now when i joined CSC i realize that “grass is always greener on the other side of the fence”. There has been lot of changes since it has become CSC India Pvt. Ltd.
Although, no one is kept at gun point and asked to sign a bond while joining CSC India Pvt. Ltd. (and here the organization enchases its old reputation). The HR (if calling “Humiliation of Resources” suits CSCians) asks you to sign a bond for 2 years of amount INR 01 Lakh with an 18% annual rate of interest, the new hire does it without giving it a second thought, (some of you might have given a second thought, but still tricked) thinking about the reputation CSC had in the past. So be careful before you jump the gun.
Here employees pay both employers and employees part of PF and tricked so well that they realize only after the first salary is credited to their account that the take home salary is lower than what they used to get earlier.
Now once you are in, slowly and gradually you become aware of the hard facts. You are forced to work in whatever way you can think of. The HR keeps on making amendments to the policies (food coupon policy, telephone reimbursement policy and PDR policy, insurance coverage policy and could be more in process of amendment) to make the situation more suffocating for the employees. You cannot change the technology you initially join in for 2 Years and cannot get any kind of movement or promotion no matter how capable or eligible and experienced you are.
It is ridiculous that the HR and Management of CSC India Pvt. Ltd. require 2 long years to judge efficiency/capability of the employees. It looks like the management is incapable to see their employee’s capability.
They say the management and HR is transparent in CSC India Pvt. Ltd. but if you try to approach HR, the HR will direct you to the management and vice-versa. The protocol followed by Management here in CSC India Pvt. Ltd. is “If you can’t solve a problem, then manage it” and it is managed by employee termination most of the times, if the employee becomes a problem (i.e. if you try to ask why, what, when, and who) for the management.
Appraisals are mere formality (at least from last 2 years). IJPs have been put on hold for unknown reasons and employees have no right to know why the IJPs are on hold. Potions are filled by the people who are close to Managers or good at massaging manager’s ego.
Trainings are meant to be there so that you can at least make yourself acquainted with all the technologies and then build your career in the technology that you think is good, but the management imposes their will in choosing the trainings as well.
The work force who actually earns revenue and work force who is not even aware how much CSC India Pvt. Ltd. is charging the client for their per hour services, can no longer have discounted food in cafe. Their revenue is used to pay high salaries to all the unproductive resources like (Top Management and HR)
CSC India Pvt. Ltd. has recently hired hundreds of campus graduates at a salary between 8K to 10K and they will sign a bond for 3 years after six months of their joining (once they are confirmed). CSC will exploit them in whatever ways they want.
Government of India has introduced sixth pay commission. The prices of fuel, eatables and other commodities have gone up drastically and HR of CSC India Pvt. Ltd. is still devising methods to reduce the salary of employees in one way or the other. This is all happening just before appraisal cycle. Looks like they are planning first to reduce the salary of employees on an average by 1.5K to 2K/month (by making amendments to policies mentioned above) and then the employees will be appraised by the same amount.
CSC India Pvt. Ltd. is trying to show that they are growing as a profit center and ignoring the employee satisfaction.
After all this if you want to know why attrition is low? The answer is simple and straight, ask the HR to waive of all the bonds and they would be busy calculating attrition and reason behind it for another 6 months.
The Management should not forget that an employee works for the money so that they can fulfill their basic requirements and live a peaceful life and not to hear that CSC has won a bid or project of “2 or 3 figure” million dollars or CSC has been ranked ‘X’ position for ‘ABC’ survey. The biggest motivation factor for an employee is money. If you average the salary of actual work force, who earns the revenue for the organization and offer it to HR head, Will the HR head not think for a change?

Lets talk 1 by 1 as its appraisal time..
1) Sachin Wadhwa: Vikas’s old buddy from his last company…Vikas interviewed him in his team as a manager (lo karlo baat)..you should laugh as he is a people manager..ask his team..who is suffering and complained many times to Vikas against Sachin’s incompetencies and his working style but no action has been taken against him..(ulta..uska appraisal mast ho gaya..yeh to hona hi tha..lol)
)..TO YEH TO HONA HI THA..BAN GAYA MANAGER..FREE MEIN..BUT..Kutte hi Puch..tedi ki tedi..he still has unworthy attitute..He got n number of escalations and complaints from his teams to Vikas but No ACTION..i m sure u know why..this so..:))…he still exists..seeing his past…you know he would be N60 soon ( as he lies in same 2.5 yrs criteria).
2) Kamal Gupta: Another Prat….Old chap of CSC…Was with Wintel before..his rudeness, incompetentness and attitute was escalated to higher management many times..and his Wintel team members resigned…therefore he at last asked to look for other team n role….same issues there as well and he has shown his incapablilites there as well of unable to deliver his new role (although promoted to 50 with Brian’s blessings and meeting 2.5 yrs criteria of promotion) he equested SARDAR to release him and let him suck’s Vikas testis..heres the twist in the story which I am sure you wont be aware..He is good friend of Vikas as both live closer and playing TT since long
3) Vineet Arora: People says..he is JIJA of Vikas..lolzzzz..not sure..but see his growth path..does he really deserve to be there? Aren’t something behind tht jacking his promotion and growth?
4) Kamal Arora: no comments..:)
5) Rajwinder Singh: A gud chap..but ZERO on storage…what he doing…again people management.
So guys..when we talk about 360 feedback..see who will say wrong about anyone? ..jab raja ..ki koi burai nahi karega? to raja praja ki burai kyu sunega apne mgrs ke bare mein..
Its really high time…Management..react on this..and find the recruitement truth behind Sachin Wadhwa..how come someone can recruit his friend in his team as a manager..Its going like bhai chara…Who damn care about performers in the team and his growth path?
